New Construction
Hardwood floor installation, carpets, and LVPs are one of the last items that are going to be installed in the new construction. Before floors could be installed, walls, trim, windows, HVIC, and primed walls need to be completed. The next step is to make sure subfloors have the right moisture level and meet the requirements for flatness. Most flooring manufacturers require 3/16 ‘’ in 10 feet radius for flatness for concrete and wood subfloors. One other important item is to make sure floors are acclimated before installation. There are different type of installation for hardwood floors such as glue down, nail down or floating installation. Based on the choice of flooring materials, our team will advise on best installation option.

Existing homes
Existing homes require additional steps for project to be completed. Furniture, pets, demolition of existing floors, appliances, and assisting homeowners to relocate if necessary for a period of time. Our services include remove and replace furniture, floor demolition, and floor prep prior to new flooring installation.
